Can you name them? I've been quite outspoken recently, because I think JPC has some major issues. As have others. But I've also, in the last few days, congratulated JPC on a number of things. And I continue to praise the more experienced techs, here and in the ticket system. Of course you would know that, as you speak with the wisdom and knowledge of someone who has access to the ticket system.
What newbie you, and some of the present crop of JPC managers, completely fail to understand is that some of the old hands are making a lot of noise right now because they care.
I think Greg understands this now.
