I still seem to miss the point you're trying to make. If you mean to say that "FREE" is a marketing mark to show that it's something not all competitors include, I'm with you. I agree it's a good way to advertise that.
But, the package price isn't seperated out in diskspace, bandwith, etc., either and I'm sure all bits, including the "FREE" ones, are still paid from the fees we bring in. Everything part of the package is just that: part of the package, provided (and supposed to work) at no extra charge. The things you say about it here give the vague impression that that "FREE" somehow makes a difference for the support on it, that we cannot actually use it because we cannot rely on it. Surely that is nothing like what you meant?
