    How long do I have wait...

    I have ordered GigaDeal on Sep 11. I only have a message like
    If you have any questions before you receive your details, please contact [email protected] with your order ID# 445669357414-wintaiwan.org-183
    when order finishing.

    I never receive any thing from aletiahosting.com since that. No confirm message.welcome mail or something like that.
    I send mail to [email protected] to ask what's going on. No reply either.

    Email [email protected] and ask what's up. There are a number of things that could have happened--perhaps you entered your email address wrong or JPC's messages got deleted by your spam filter, or maybe there was a problem with your order that caused it to be deferred to teh sales department for manual setup. Whatever the cause, a quick email to sales should get things fixed pretty fast.

    Yeah, the delays to sales over the weekend can be a pain since so many people like to use the weekend to start setting up their domain. However, support (not sales) is available 24 hrs/day and is actually more important on the customer's side of the business transaction since Jag would rather delay/lose a sale than delay/lose a current account.

    My advice, though I can sympathize with your signup problem, is to be patient. Assuming your emails are getting through, and some of them must be if you are getting automated replies, I'm guessing Jaguar will get you set up on Monday.

    You WILL like it here. The support is very helpful most of the time, available all of the time, and there are even some very helpful community posters on the forums to bridge the gaps. Again, hang on just a bit longer and you'll be pleased.

    To be a little clearer about Spaths post. Sales is not open on weekends. Support is available 24/7 but sales is an entirly different issue.

    I know this is especially a problem for a new customer but some times it is a problem for existing customers. For all of us the fact that Sales shuts down on Friday at 5:00 PM CST can at times be frustrating.

    On the other hand you have to take into consideration the benefits that you get at Jag for the price you pay.

    Once you get things smoothed out I think you will be glad you chose Jag as your host.

    Finally they tell me that my order is cancelled somehow,and want me to try again.
    That's fine. I just order again today, and have a massage:

    Sorry, that domain already exists in our Pending queue!
    Please contact [email protected] to complete your order


    Now I have to mail to jaguarpc.com again and waiting another month for your non-helpful response.

    Time for a phone call to cut through the email clutter.

    I beleive this issue is being handled via ticket. Theres a number of reasons an order can be delayed/pending, thats not really an issue we will discuss in public since its a private issue with us and the client. I hope this does not give you the wrong first impression about our service and we hope to see you around the forum ... hopefully feeling a little better about things here .
