    Unhappy Unable to login client section

    Hi,

    I write here 'cause i sent an e-mail to support but i don't have reply.

    When I try to login in the client support section it tells to me "Sorry, we were unable to process your login details. Please verify your details and try again" I ask for the username and password and it mails to me the username and pass i'm using to login.

    Is here someone of the support team that can solve this problem?.

    I can't open a support ticket, I can't login

    My username is binart.net

    Try using a capital 'B' in your username. I've heard that that's sometimes necessary. But since you are receiving your password correctly that probably isn't the problem. Also make sure that you are maintaining proper case when you enter your password as passwords are usually case sensitive.

    If that doesn't work, try sending an email to [email protected] and ask for help getting logged in.

    Thanks for the try, but that don't work. I have written an e-mail to billing, but after 4 days without reply from support... No one of the support team read this forum? And the e-mail?

    Well, patience... Ohhhmmmm!

    Try sending a PM to Jag through the boards. He's the owner of JPC and he's usually really good about getting back to me when I PM him with problems. Of course, I only contact him as a last resort, then the normal channels of communication have broken down, but since in your case the normal channels don't even exist, I think it is justified.

    Hello aroaros,
    I hope that you have resolved this issue already. If you have not, please send us an email to [email protected]. You will then receive an email back. You have to click on the link in that email to verify that you are not a spammer. Your original email will then be passed on to the sales department. We can then resolve the login issue. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Ryan,

    I write that e-mail to sales e-mail. Hope this solves soon. It's not serious have to wait so long for a login problem, but thanks for the help.
