Question Email and SSL approver message

2 days ago I purchased a Starter SSL cert from EV1. The entire process appeared to complete as it should. However, the final email to the admin email address, that contains the link to retrieve the cert never arrived.

I have had numerous emails back and forth with EV1 both to and from the email addresses I used during the signup process asking for help with this situation. They have repeatedly told me to check my spam box on the admin addy, and that they have resent the info for the cert to that address and it is awaiting approval.

I have used horde to check the webmail, there is nothing there that has not downloaded. I have disabled spam assassin and the spam box feature. I have tested both incoming and outgoing emails and they seem to work fine.

Is there something that I'm missing here? Why would every other email come through just fine and only the one containing the link for the cert be "lost in cyberspace"?

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks,

Just a small correction; you would have to use http://xx.xx.xx.xx/~username/ (note the trailing slash - without that, it won't work).
