    Monitoring tools

I am curious what people are using to monitor their account from the perspective of memory and CPU utilizations other than the VPS console?

I have a old user who has tripled their BW in the last 3 days (apparently they merged in 3 other sites) and I want to make sure they are not killing my other users/sites.

I have the uptime/service monitoring all in place, but not good tools to monitor the nitty gritty on the numbers that count.

    Thanks

I see this never got any responses. I'm also interested in what people are using for monitoring their VPS on a day-to-day basis.

I use a piece of software called Status2k. It works great for us.

I thought I saw a monitoring project on sourceforge once.
    Good luck

I eventually found this and installed it successfully:
    http://tinyurl.com/25gdbn

No complaints, easy and straight forward, and works like a champ.

Be careful not to turn on a high level of email notifications until you have all of the settings tweaked, or your inbox will fill too fast ;-)
