We experienced FTP problems all day on Jan 9 and very slow connections the first half of Jan 10. Jaguar support gave us the usual "nothing's wrong over here!" reply.

    Any ideas what happened? Thanks.

Do you happen to know how you are routed into the NAP??? I know Global Crossing was having a huge problem with packet loss so the NAP closed off that link. Since they did that, I've been going in through pccwbtn and it is the best service I've ever seen from the NAP.
