    Who to speek to?

    I was wondering who i could speak to about an issue i have that has been raised via support ticket (more then once) but i feel it was not answered satisfactorily

    relates to a VPS i have here

    Actually, to start with I'd ask it in the ticket itself. Most reps don't have a problem with deferring to a senior if you ask, it just takes longer as you'll have to wait for him / her to be on duty and have time for your matter.

    If you do take to the PM system, be sure to include the ticket number.
