If you are the only one using email accounts for your domain and subdomains, you don't actually need POP accounts for your subdomains since the email automatically forwards to your primary domain account.

In your email program, just set up email addresses for you subdomains as if they -did- have POP accounts, and make sure to turn on server authentication and use the username and password for your primary domain email account.

If someone else is going to be using an email account on one of your subdomains, I guess this will not be very helpful though if you cannot find a way for them to retreive their email.
