    my requirements, please help!

Hi guys, seems like everyone is having fun with VPS. I have a few criterias here to fulfill and I wonder if this modvps can handle this.

I have 2 clients, both with around 50 email users. These are the things I would like to check.

    1. can modvps allow email attachment up to 50MB ??.
    2. is there any hour limit like what we have in the reseller accounts?
    3. if someone who shares the server with me, crashes his FTP/POP/HTTP, will that affect me ?
    4. anywhere to test the line speed??

Thanks in advance guys. I'll be grateful if someone can provide me a IP-based download link.

BigD, thanks for your answer, may I know why is #1 not recommended?
Also, if that can be done, do I need to set it in conf file of exim or some sort?

P/S: can I get a IP-based url for that test file? thanks a zillion. It will only be 3 connections in. me, and the other 2 clients.
