    Hi Certgen,

    The Customer Service Department does not operate over the weekends.
    This is the most likely reason why a delay in reply has occured.

    I see your ticket is residing in the CS department and is assigned to Kiet.

    I paid for script, which I can't use.
    If there is any of Customer Service team member alive, please take a loot at #949284... If not, hire new ones and put dead man's into the grave..

    I'm grateful to you for assigning ticket to Kiet, it made whole problem easier to resolve... as far as 4 days is not enough time to resolve it.

    Great I got reply
    They said, that WHMCS license has beed reissued! Thats great!
    ...but? Oops, its still can't work... Have to wait next week(s) maybe.
    But, better idea is pay again for license, then they will do that much more faster.
    (GOOD ADVICE:
    when you get license from HZ, dont try to do any changes [like domain etc]
