If you look here in the Network Report board you'll see if there are any issues with the Ocean server,

    http://www.resellerzoom.com/forum/fo...play.php?f=147

It has it for all of them. As you can see from the most recent posts, Ocean was having issues and they're working on the problem now. I am on Ocean too, and I had issues yesterday and today with 500 errors, so I'm watching the thread on the network status to see when this gets resolved.

I don't know about switching, one of the admins would have to answer that.

I've been with HZ for over a year now and have only had a problem with Ocean once when there was a DDOS attack some weeks ago. I think though that you'll probably encounter occasional downtimes no matter what server you're on, or hosting account you're using.

If you see issues with a server, please check our Network forums regarding the server you are on. Yesterday, the backup drive on Ocean was found corrupt and we had to take the server down to replace it. After the machine came back, there was a raid sync going which caused load issues and we had to stop cPanel on it. Today, the backup drive was replaced and currently there is a raid sync in proggress (currently 43% complete) which causes load and performance issues on the server. This is why we stopped cPanel and cron job services until the sync completes so that your sites are served better and there are less to none 500 errors. Keep an eye on the network forums if you want to be up to date with ocean's status.
