    I've skipped throught most of it.

    And yes, it seems a big f**k up, but......


    If the service was good before, if they hadn't had a great amount of
    downtime, etc, then I think they probably biting there own nose of and get on there high horses over a mistake.

    I keep getting an occasional billing request from a hoster I left over 2 years ago, I just delete it, he's systems are not in order, the first time it happened I just sent a polite enquiry and he apologised, no harm done.


    But people really need to calm down

    I actually thought his blog post was funny, I think we need a blog.

    I feel for the people that maxed their cards because of the charges but unfortunately mistakes happen, it's the way you deal with them that counts.
