    Cpanel wrong ?

don't know if the cpanel is right or wrong . But my database about 50mb, and my files is just about 10mb , that's all . But the damn cpanel just always says:

    Disk Usage 175.85 MB
    Disk Space Available 24.15 MB

Before, I thought it's because of the backup files. Now I deleted all , and it's still there .

    Anyone please fix it ?

There is something wrong with the cpanel measurement of bandwidth and storage space. It has been discussed here several times. Use the search feature...

I have noticed that the past couple days. The bandwidth seems to be right (it is a limited-access site for now). The free-space was accurate for a while, but the past week it does not seem to have been updated. [On starfish]

    It's still not fixed.
Due to fake bandwidth usage showing in cpanel,my site went down a few days ago, fortunatly they got it back up quickly.

But as I can see it's still wrong in cpanel, almost the double opposed to webalizer.
They really need to do something about this.

No, it's not fixed for me either. I deleted a lot of fairly large graphics files several weeks ago. My Disk Usage and Disk Space Available stats have not changed.

Bandwidth in cpanel and webalizer are close though. At least that's working (for me). I use most of my bandwidth so I need to keep watching that.

Funny, my cpanel and webalizer are showing more than 6 gigs difference.
When I mailed about they tried telling me it's because webalizer doesn't include ftp-statistics.

Bullshit I say, there's no way I use more than 6 gigs a month extra through ftp or email, impossible.
I never upload big files either.

According to cpanel I'm sitting at almost 17000 mb.

Well, I'd like this fixed a.s.a.p.

    Cpanel Account information:
Data Transfer This Month 5266.43 MB
    Webalizer:
    27176 Kb

And I KNOW that the Webalizer one is correct because that is the same amount as Cpanel showed earlier and the same amount I usually have.

I want this fixed before MY site gets unreachable due to faulty server software as it happened with Edgar.

It really would be nice if this was fixed...

    Cpanel bandwidth: 7.21 MB
    Webalizer: Total KBytes 5687

I'm not sure what is accurate anymore and we need accurate stats! I don't think anyone doesn't need accurate stats....

Sounds like the same thing I'm getting. I just opened an account so everything is in the process of being transfered, hence not much activity. I'm on Cobra.

    Webalizer: 135 KB
    CPanel: 228.45 MB

First time ever on my CPanel and using Aletia the CPanel said 222 MB.

I'd say there's a big difference between the two.
