    Well i did, but 2 months ago i had a response in no time (5 minutes) now i have to wait a bit longer, even for hackers !!!

    Tough he/she is not online anymore, they could trace him/her and contact his/her ISP. They can watch in the ftp loggin section too can't they and see what he did can't they ? I surely hope they can ! Please contact me as soon as possible Aletia !!!

    1. did you change your main password ?
    2. did you try to use control panel's File Manager to delete "enemy" files?

    Have you tried changing your password? This would stop them assuming that they've got it the easy route (using you username and password)??

    Well i've used file-manager now and deleted all files that were from the hacker. You know what he did ? He had setup a hostingservice in it ! Saiying 10mb space, cgi, upload true browser and NO ads ! That way my bandwith was going crazy. After that i deleted all the files of the Genesis upload script he had on it (i found it because someone posted that it was hosting on a hostingforum !) which i could delete. The rest still staid, because i couldn't delete them. After that, a minute later, he had maked a page with **** You etc etc. Now I 've deleted all files and going to change pass.

    BUT PLEASE ALETIA, CONTACT !!!

    for the moment put this in a htaccess file and upload it to your public_html directory:

    N.B.: change the IP to the IP of your hacker.

    Code:
    <Limit GET PUT POST>
    order deny,allow
    deny from 24.80.17.5
    deny from 65.103.91.7
    </Limit>

    Thanks, but I hope that this doesn't take away that aletiahosting has to contact his ISP about this ...
