    duff Perl library file

Today I installed an autoresponder cgi script, but I got internal server error. I contacted with the software supplier to have him take a look at my web server.

He found out the problem is that Perl (or at least one of it's libraries) has not been installed correctly. Here's the error that causes the Internal Server error:

perl: relocation error: /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i686-linux/auto/NDBM_File/NDBM_File.so: undefined symbol: dbm_open

This is a Perl library file - it's part of Perl and nothing to do with AutoResponse Plus at all. AutoResponse Plus uses the UNIX/Linux DBM database system so this library is required. It's part of every Perl installation.

Anyone can help with this problem?
