    Is there a way to make the URLs case insensitive? For example, "Photos.htm" may exist but "photos.htm" will return an Error 404.

    It is usually a function of the file system: On IIS servers URLs are case insensitive.

    On Unix and Linux servers, the file system itself if case sensitive, therefore when the server asks for a file, case is taken into account.

    For now, I am using ".htaccess" to redirect the links. If there is an easier way, that would be great.
