    Is Customer Service Closed today?

    Is Customer Service Closed today? I've got a ticket requesting information on reselling a VPS that's been open for over 3 hours and I have a client waiting to purchase. The live chat function is offline. Calling in just gets me someone who takes my name and says someone will email me back.

    My birthday is not till tomorrow, ya'll shouldn't be celebrating today! :-)

    I just noticed my issue is on the 7th of the month as well...maybe it's a bug in the system? Sure support usually takes some time, but my experience with sales is getting tickets answered in 5-30 minutes. Support answered fairly quickly and forwarded the ticket to sales 3-4 hours ago. I also tried waiting in the chat queue (first in line with a minute to go) for about an hour. I think the sales support server might need to be restarted.
