    Question Notifications for webpages.

Something that seems common now on a lot of webpages are the pop-ups asking if you want to receive "notifications" from a page. Facebook uses them among others.

Any suggestions on how that would be done on a Dedicated server, especially for the non-technical among us?

This is entirely down to whatever scripts/software you are using. If you're using something like wordpress you could use a plugin like (https://wordpress.org/plugins/new-post-notification/).

I think he means the Native Browser Notifications - Read more here: https://tutorialzine.com/2017/01/the...-notifications - it's a JavaScript "Push" ability implemented in a web page not server side. :-)
