    Let's Encrypt support

Are Let's Encrypt free SSL certificates officially supported by JaguarPC ?

I have a reseller acct. (formerly ResellerZoom); tech.support has installed a LE SSL certificate on one of our sites; yesterday the certificate expired. Currently I wait for tech.support response.

Normally, when LE is supported, it's also automatically renewed (so the issues like the one I mentioned can only happen if Lets Encrypt CA services are permanently down). Looks like I would need manual tech.support intervention to renew it.

If you officially support LE on older reseller accounts, it would be nice to have all issued/active certificates renewed automatically.

It should be auto-renewed. Techs in the ticket should resolve this for you and ensure the servers is properly configured.
