    Changed password, now I'm locked out

    Just used the CPanel to change the password on one of my pop accounts. Now I can't get into it (NeoMail) not matter what I set the password to. Has anyone else experienced this or am I just lucky??!?!

    Ujmm.. I changed a password for a pop3 account a few days ago, and it did work for me....

    I have an idea, create a new pop account, and play with it, changing the password....

    IF you still have problems, open a support ticket

    It's fixed

    Seems I have to put the entire account name in the login. i.e. ( [email protected] ) rather than just ( mark ).

    It -used- to work with just the user name.

    Yup, the only account that works only with the login name, is your primary login.

    All the pop3 accounts that you create should have the full email address in the login
