I have yet to realize why Aletia is not canceling my account.
I have sent them four seperate e-mails, and since I did not register with a credit card, I cannot use paysystems. I have given them all information except the reciept #, that in which I lost because my computer developed a virus and I lost *all* my files. What should I do? I've tried being patient, but it's already been a month and a half, and I don't enjoy paying for something I'm not using.
