    Very different cPanel!

I've just made an account on this thing and the control panel on it looks completely different to the nice efficient one shown on the site: http://jaguarpc.com/index.php?loc=webpanel

I get this strange bulky one with bad icons and some of the icons don't have text by them: http://66.227.67.92/cpanel_ugly.jpg

How can I get the nice one shown on the site?

Looks like your account somehow wasn't set up properly. Best open a support ticket and ask them to install the proper JaguarPC theme (or 'Aletia Panel'), as they call it.

Support tickets are a system seperate from all others, so you start by making yourself an account for them first (click the big red text that says so on the support, ticket system page).

That's the default out of the box skin you'd get if you didn't customize cpanel. I'm not sure how account setups in CPanel work, but it looks as if someone forgot to specify the skin to use when they set up your account. Open a support ticket like Wim suggested and they should be able to get your straightened out in no time.

I want a Cpanel like that too...

Didn't we all have on like that about a year ago? (Well, all jaggies that is; Aletia was probably different.)

We had something similar, but ours had all of the icons arranged in rows instead of just a single column. I think Aletia had a layout that was similar to what we have now. I remember when Jag announced the merger I was checking out their site and clicked on the control panel demo they had there and it looked like someting similar, only purple. JPC probably copied that skin to update ours.

Now if they'd just release HostGUI so we could get rid of CPanel and all of its quirks...

Some of the information in my cpanel is actually missing. Like the cpanel version, the aletia panel version,
