The IP blocks on dolphin are currently not accessible from outside the network. We are on the phone with NAC who is looking into this:

NAC is still on it. There is no ETA at this time. We (Aletia) suspect some form of router issue.

NAC has fixed the issue and it looks like the IP addresses on dolphin are now accessible. Most sites should be functioning correctly at this point. Sites on cheetah are still in limbo, NAC is looking into it.

According to NAC, the outage was caused by the IP addresses not being routed to the correct gateway for some reason. That was fixed and we're now good to go.
