Ticket #717746. Problem: the tech. incorrectly identified the source of problem ("your scripts require too much resources")

After I demonstrated that it isn't so (by creating a PHP script containing single line of code, "echo 'Test';" - that script also "required too much resources", another tech. told me a senior technician will contact me to handle the issue.

The issue plaguing sites for 3 days, have been solved silently, ticket not updated, nobody contacted me. Soon afterwards, "300 last errors" list in CPanel was silently erased (as if nothing strange happened).

Is the above tech.support behaviour expected and considered right?
